More than cookies
Websites can store information using cookies, local storage, session storage and IndexedDB. This site uses browser storage to preserve requested drafts, keep account sessions and connect a checkout to the right listing. This policy covers TitanX application storage; hosting and payment providers may also use their own technologies.
Storage used by the TitanX application
| Storage | Purpose | Duration and control |
|---|---|---|
| IndexedDB: titanx-preview | Listing drafts, saved local previews and images. | No automatic expiry. Delete a draft using the site control, or clear this site’s browser data. |
| Local storage: titanx.account.auth.v1 and related sign in verification entries | Supabase authentication session and temporary verification details used to complete secure email links. | The session can persist between visits. Tokens expire or refresh according to authentication settings. Temporary email link verification details are managed by Supabase Auth and cleared as flows complete. Sign out to remove the local session; clearing site data also removes remaining verification entries. |
| Local storage: titanx.guest and titanx.claim | Resume a guest checkout and associate a paid listing with an account. | Guest state persists without a fixed browser expiry. The pending claim reference is removed after a successful claim. Clearing site data can interrupt recovery. |
| Session storage: titanx.join and checkout request references | Carry a selected company through checkout and reduce duplicate requests. | Normally lasts for the tab session; some references are removed after completion. |
| Legacy local storage: titanx.listingDraft.v1 | Read a draft created by an earlier version. | Removed when that draft is saved in the newer store or cleared. |
| Local storage: titanx.privacy.v1 | Remember analytics and personalised browsing choices. This is a preference record, not a visitor identifier. | Used for up to 180 days. An expired choice no longer allows optional tracking, but the stored record can remain until replaced or site data is cleared. Change your choice using Privacy settings. |
| Local storage: titanx.account.confirmation | Keep the email confirmation step and return to your saved preview. | Used for up to 24 hours. An expired or invalid entry is removed when the account page next checks it. Also removed on successful confirmation or sign out. No password is saved here. |
| Session storage: titanx.account.reset-email | The requested email address and request time, so refreshing can reopen the reset inbox screen. No password, email code or reset token is stored in this entry. | Used for up to one hour in the tab. Removed when found expired or invalid, when leaving the reset flow, or after a verified account session. |
| Session storage: titanx.account.recovery | Account identifier and start time for an unfinished password change screen. Authentication is checked separately. | Used for up to one hour in the tab. Removed when found expired or invalid, when recovery finishes or restarts, or when the local account session ends. |
Hosting, payments and maps
Stripe Checkout runs on Stripe’s website and may use cookies or similar technologies for payments, fraud prevention and its optional features. OpenAI Sites may use storage for hosting and access to this website. Their storage is governed by their own notices and controls. See the Stripe cookie policy and OpenAI cookie policy for provider storage. Its duration depends on the provider and the service used.
Submitting an account form loads a Cloudflare Turnstile security widget. The provider may use its own browser storage. It is also used when sending a public buyer enquiry. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its security processing and browser storage. See the privacy notice.
The directory map uses map data served with this website. When you allow website analytics, TitanX loads Google Analytics 4 on site pages. Google Analytics uses cookies including _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and measure visits; Google lists a default two year expiry for _ga. TitanX sends site page paths without query details and fixed action names for listing previews, signup, directory use and checkout stages. Valid tagged campaign labels and the referring site may also be shared after consent. It does not send search terms, form contents or account identifiers. Google may receive device and network information. Our own optional activity totals also use aggregate server records and a daily network hash without a separate analytics cookie. If you separately choose heatmaps and recordings, Microsoft Clarity loads on public discovery pages with no query details beyond a fixed view choice. It records masked clicks and scrolling, uses analytics cookies for session continuity, and receives device and network information. Clarity does not run on account, profile builder or checkout pages. Existing analytics consent alone does not enable Clarity. With separate consent, signed in activity can be linked to your TitanX account for personalised suggestions. See the privacy notice for the purposes, retention and controls. This is not a guarantee that the hosting or payment provider sets no cookies.
Your choices
You can inspect or remove site data in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, delete a local draft or interrupt checkout recovery. It does not delete company information already saved on our systems or cancel a subscription. Contact info@titanxglobal.com for help with server records or account access.
Storage strictly necessary for a service you request may be used without consent where the law permits. Website analytics is off until you allow it. Personalised browsing and email marketing have separate settings available when you sign in. Turning off optional tracking does not change your separate email preference or prevent signup, profile editing or payment. Choices can be changed using Privacy settings in the footer. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep optional browsing tracking off. Closing settings without saving does not grant permission.
Read our privacy notice for details of personal information processing.
Anonymous activity and invitation context
With website analytics consent, session storage holds a random activity reference, the current search context and up to 50 pending action receipts for navigation retries. These expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and are cleared on withdrawal. No passwords, enquiry contents or buyer identity are stored in this queue. A direct invitation token is held separately in session storage for up to 30 days to preserve the source of your own signup. It grants no account access and is removed after company attribution or expiry.
