Private previews and test payments
If you use a private preview or Stripe sandbox testing, no real payment is collected and a test payment does not publish a listing. Use test card details only. Example businesses are illustrative and do not imply endorsement or membership. The paid membership provisions apply to live Featured membership.
What membership includes
TitanX is a directory for businesses seeking international connections. One profile covers one company. TitanX Free includes a company profile, five gallery images, direct contact details, an approximate map location, up to three searchable products or services and a profile view count. TitanX Featured is available for US$20 per month or US$200 per year, billed upfront, excluding applicable taxes. Both billing options provide the same benefits: up to 100 searchable products or services, a distinctive Featured card and highlighted map pin, priority placement in matching search results, profile and product views plus website and contact clicks, daily activity reporting and most viewed products. Featured placement rotates between relevant businesses. Payment does not make an irrelevant company match a search.
TitanX promotes the directory in conversations at international trade shows. Membership does not buy a dedicated exhibition stand, individual representation at every event, an exclusive territory or a guaranteed introduction. A Featured badge identifies a paid plan, not verification or endorsement. We do not promise a particular number of views, enquiries, customers or sales.
Buyers and listed businesses deal directly with each other. TitanX is not a party to their contracts, does not handle their orders and does not certify the quality or suitability of listed products.
Your business and your listing
Membership is intended for business purposes. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you list. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date and only publish contact details, images and other material you have permission to use. Keep your account secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give TitanX a nonexclusive permission to host, display and reproduce it as reasonably necessary to provide your listing and promote the directory during your membership. This does not transfer ownership. We may keep limited copies where required for legal obligations, dispute handling or routine backup expiry.
Your listing must follow our acceptable use policy. Payment is not verification or endorsement of your business.
Prices, payment and publication
TitanX Free has no membership charge and requires no payment card. TitanX Featured costs US$20 per month or US$200 per year, billed upfront, excluding applicable taxes. The exact price, billing period, currency and applicable tax wording must be shown at checkout before you pay. The annual option saves US$40 compared with twelve monthly payments. Any currency conversion or bank charges are determined by your payment provider.
For the live service, a complete Free profile is published after account setup. Featured benefits begin when successful payment is verified, without a separate manual approval step. Publication remains subject to these terms and our acceptable use policy. Sandbox listings remain private.
Stripe processes payments. Do not send card details to TitanX by email. A failed or pending payment does not establish a paid membership.
Monthly and annual renewal
Monthly Featured costs US$20 per month. Annual Featured costs US$200 per year, billed upfront. Both options renew automatically on the selected schedule until you cancel renewal. Free membership does not renew or create a charge. The renewal date and amount, including any applicable tax, will be shown before payment and in your membership information.
We will email a reminder 30 days before each annual renewal. It will include the renewal date, amount and currency, applicable tax information, and a direct link to manage or cancel renewal. Monthly renewal reminders will be provided as required by applicable law.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a proposed price increase before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel before the change takes effect. A price change will not alter a period already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, we may ask you to update payment details and return the profile to Free limits after the paid period ends. We will not describe an unpaid renewal as a completed payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping future renewals
You can stop future renewal in your account at any time before the renewal payment is taken, or contact info@titanxglobal.com for help. Monthly: $20 per month. Cancel anytime. Featured access continues until the end of your paid monthly period. Annual: $200 per year, billed upfront. Cancel renewal anytime. Featured access continues until the end of your paid year. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund unused time. A cancellation confirmation will state when Featured access ends.
After the paid period, the profile uses Free limits. Extra products are retained but only the first three enabled items are displayed. You can hide an item to include another, or upgrade to restore the larger catalogue. Hiding or removing a listing does not itself cancel renewal.
14 day refund policy
For live Featured membership, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first Featured payment or any renewal payment, without giving a reason. The refund covers that payment and any tax collected on it. This is a TitanX commercial benefit. Any additional rights that apply to your purchase are preserved.
To request a refund, email info@titanxglobal.com with your account email and payment reference. You may use: “Please cancel my Featured membership and refund the payment made on [date]. My account email is [email] and my payment reference is [reference].” Never send full card details.
For an eligible request, we will arrange the refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds. We will also stop future renewal. Featured benefits end when the full refund is processed, and your company details remain saved with Free limits.
Outside that 14 day window, cancelling because you have changed your mind will not normally create a refund for the unused part of the paid monthly or annual period. This does not prevent us from correcting a duplicate or incorrect charge, resolving a failure to provide the paid service, or making any refund required by law. Tell us about a service problem so we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a full or proportionate refund.
No real money is collected or refunded during sandbox testing. Nothing in these terms removes any refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If consumer protections apply to your purchase, they take priority over conflicting wording.
Availability, changes and removal
We aim to maintain a useful and available directory, but maintenance, outages and changes can occur. We may correct errors and improve the service. Material changes to a paid service or its terms will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible, together with any available cancellation or refund options.
We may restrict or remove material that is unlawful, misleading, infringes rights or breaches our acceptable use policy. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and offer an opportunity to correct it. Immediate action may be necessary for fraud, security, legal requirements or serious harm. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Responsibility and legal rights
Businesses are responsible for their listings and dealings with buyers. Please carry out your own checks before entering a transaction. External websites and their content are controlled by their operators.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to those protections, TitanX does not accept responsibility for transactions between directory users or for a third party’s inaccurate listing.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall within the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
