Membership gives you access to the review. The badge is awarded separately, after TitanX checks the evidence.

Choose your business, open Membership and find Business identity verification. You need an active Featured membership and a published profile to submit a request.

HOW THE REVIEW WORKS

Clear details. Documented checks.

  1. Tell us about your business.

    Provide its legal name, registration details where available, business address and your role. Explain your authority to represent it. Do not submit passwords, bank details, passport scans or other sensitive identity documents.

  2. TitanX reviews the evidence.

    We check business identity using an official register or suitable authoritative evidence, compare the published profile details, and check that the account represents the business. We may ask for more information through your account.

  3. Successful checks become visible.

    Your profile badge shows the scope, check date and expiry date. You can follow the review status and read any feedback in My account. A request or payment alone does not award a badge.

What the badge tells you.

At the stated check date, TitanX completed checks of the business identity, published profile details and authority of the representative. This is a TitanX review, not an independent certification.

It does not assess product quality, financial strength, regulatory compliance or future performance. Buyers should still assess suitability and agree their own terms.

Checks are valid for up to 365 days. Material identity changes, withdrawal or revocation remove the badge. A hidden, suspended or unavailable profile cannot display it. Ending Featured membership does not itself undo completed checks, but a new review requires active Featured membership.

Review evidence stays private. Only the badge, scope and dates are published. Read our privacy notice for how review information is handled.
